Location Address not changing

Hi,

I know lots of people have experienced this.  I have moved and am trying to change the location address.  I put in the postcode and it finds my address but then when I hit save it says I need the postcode and first line of the address.  Serial no. 40120217431.

Can you help?

Hi alison2378,

I've checked your Sure Signal and can see that a postcode change has been made.

However the Sure Signal has been deregistered.

There's help to register the Sure Signal here, plus how to change your postcode.

I noticed you're on the old firmware, so I've asked for this to be updated.

Please keep the Sure Signal switched on over the next 24 hours and don't reset it.
