A Lebara SIM is different from a Vodafone SIM - you need a Vodafone UK SIM. So wait until you have returned to the UK, get a Vodafone UK PAYG SIM, top up, use it (so the IMEI number shows up on the network) and then request the unlock.

Have patience young grasshopper!
Seriously though, if you take a look at the main page, you will see that takes the eForum Team about 24 - 48 hours to respond to a post. In that time frame, you can and will get responses from the user community.
The best thing that you can do is buy a Vodafone PAYG SIM card and top it up. Make a few calls and send a few texts so that the IMEI number shows up. Make sure that you have at least £20 credit remaining to cover the cost of the unlocking. Once you have done that, you should be able to get it unlocked via the NUC Request Webform

I understand that you don't have a Vodafone SIM card. I am suggesting that you get a Vodafone Pay As You Go SIM card in order to try get the handset unlocked.

You need a Vodafone UK SIM card and to use the phone on the Vodafone UK Network before requesting the unlock.
