We are new Vodafone customers, have bought 2 x iPhone5 on 24 month contracts. We have been forced to change from o2 as there is no signal in our new house. We have also bought a Sure Signal box, after checking the signal could work (using a PAYG simcard).
Since we got our phones we are unable to login to the SS box to 'manage' it. We are able to login to the account fine. After multiple lengthy calls yesterday where Vodafone tech team tried to add my number to the SS (after some difficulty it should be pointed out) we are still unable to make calls or send texts, we are still unable to login to the box and rapidly losing faith that this is ever going to work.
Frustratingly the PAYG sim is still connected to SS and working fine so the box has not hung (as I have read a lot of people having problems with this).
If we can't log on to the SS box how can we check if the numbers are registered correctly? The login failure message is: Sorry - we're unable to process your request right now. It won't take us long to fix this issue. Please try again later.
We have been trying for FIVE DAYS now.

Thanks for your reply. We had been trying on three different computers/laptops, and across 4 browsers as well. Nothing worked. Suddenly at about 11.30 this morning, it all suddenly logged in and we were able to see the users management screen. As soon as we added a first name and last name to the number that wasn't able to connect (which had been added by the tech person that tried to help us yesterday) the phone signal sparked into life. Nothing else was changed but it was instant.
It might be worth encouraging the addition of names in as well as phone numbers when your tech people add a number to an account, just in case it makes it fail.
We now have the other number to add to the SS box but hopefully if the login continues to work we will now be able to proceed at last. Thanks for taking the time to come back to me 🙂
