No Sure Signal After Putting SIM in Different Phone

Hi,

My Blackberry Bold 9780 was damaged badly last night and no longer is working, so I put my SIM into a spare phone (same model) that is not currently being used. My problem is that Sure Signal is not working now with my SIM in a different phone. I cannot see any similar threads on this. Can anyone advise what I need to do to get it working again (as I cannot make phone calls without it), please?

Thank you,

Simone

Hi Simone,

Thanks for that. So we can fully investigate this, could you supply all of the details Matt requested originally? Your Sure Signal ID number for example is essential in letting us find your unit history report so that we can see if there's anything that we can fix without you having to email in. :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting back to me, and apologies, I thought I had included everything but missed the ID number! I can only see a serial number which is 40122462829. However, this morning everything seems to be working again!? I have a full signal and when I make calls the phone light is coming on on the Sure Signal box as it should. Slightly confused at this but pleased1 Thanks for your time and wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

All the best,

Simone
