When can I expect to get the upgrade to the new Lollipop OS. Ive seen other S4 users with the upgrade

Looks like Vodafone are stalling big time in UK.
Germany, France, Czech Republic, Netherlands all have the upgrade but not UK.
What's the hold up?

On closer inspection Vodafone have been delivering the same I9505XXUHOB8 firmware build too so the testing excuise doesn't wear.

I got my OTA update today (April 2). All seems ok so far.

Am just downloading it now, looks like Vodafone have finally realeased it in the UK. Don't think it's available on Kies yet though

Just updated mine OTA, did a full factory restore after, will see how it gets on. Its got a bit warm, but then i'm not surprised, lots of downloading and re installing

Just updated OTA, other than being unable to read text messages everything else works like a dream.
Definitely worth the wait.

So let me get this straight Vodafone waited to release this to S4 users except non branded S4's and yet still a major messsage breaking bug got through how does a few months of so called testing let a message bug get through ????

Your giving Vodafone too much credit. They don't have any say in Android or Samsung's software. That's entirely down to Samsung and Google.

They ensure that the radio works, that people can make and receive calls etc.

Samsung sends out the updates and the order in which the updates are released. It is their usual practice to release updates for unbranded phones last.
