I have found a samsung phone whilst out walking and it is registered to a vodaphone sim.  I would like to return it to its owner if possible.  The sim card is locked so all I have to go on is the IMEI code.  Is it possible to trace the owner using just this code?

Hi Emma, if you are near a Vodafone store you could drop it off there and they may be able to trace the owner.
