London Underground wi fi

.I am on a monthly contract. Every time time I try to conect to London Underground wi fi I am told I am a pre pay custormer . I have called tec surport,been told change my user name and  password  tried that not worked  they said they would  reset my details...and still the the same message I am a pre pay .visit to a vodafone shop no help even when I showed them the web screen showing You are a pre pay customer screen..they told me you have to phone vodaphone I keep going round in circles. I have never had trouble with previous phones conecting.

Welcome to the eForum.

You would need to persevere with Customer service via 191 or Live Chat as only they have account access.

It can sometimes depend on the knowledge of the Agent you speak to.

This is a known issue since last March and Vodafone still havn't done anything about it.

I can connect to London Underground wi-fi (virgin Media) but get the same response as you when trying to connect to BT wi-fi.

Anyone know if the new update to the app has resolved the BTwifi London underground issues?
