.I am on a monthly contract. Every time time I try to conect to London Underground wi fi I am told I am a pre pay custormer . I have called tec surport,been told change my user name and password tried that not worked they said they would reset my details...and still the the same message I am a pre pay .visit to a vodafone shop no help even when I showed them the web screen showing You are a pre pay customer screen..they told me you have to phone vodaphone I keep going round in circles. I have never had trouble with previous phones conecting.

This is a known issue since last March and Vodafone still havn't done anything about it.
I can connect to London Underground wi-fi (virgin Media) but get the same response as you when trying to connect to BT wi-fi.
