Loss of Service

I am absolutely disgusted with the way i have been treated by Vodafone. I haven't been unable to pay a bill for 8 months now due to problem on Vodafone's part and now my line has been cut off and will not be put back on until the balance has been settled. I have been inconvenienced for far too long and after speaking to Danielle in the Collections Team earlier (who was extremely rude from the start of the conversation and did not resolve my issue) i will be seeking legal action in order to sue Vodafone as this now has an impact on my credit score.

I have been misinformed several times today and now i have no faith in this company anymore to provide me with the service i am paying a lot of money for. Can you please advise of who i need to speak to and the legal department so i can start legal proceedings as Vodafone clearly cannot help me.

I certainly can appreciate you would be unimpressed if a member of the Vodafone Team has been rude. 

I assume something's gone wrong with your Direct Debit as that Avenue is the best way to pay the bill and help stop incidents of suspension of service. 

Perhaps let a member of the Vodafone Customer Services Team on the forum catch up with your thread to see if they can help in any way ?
