Hi @Elanor
You would have received some form of communication from Vodafone when you originally stopped making payments. This would have been by contact direct to the phone and by letter.
The problem you are going to have is you don't owe the money to Vodafone any more, you owe the money to the collection agency who now have all the rights to the debt.
You mention you have received a letter, the way forward now will be to contact the agency liaise direct with them, find out how much is owed, and reach and agreement for repayment brfore it escalates. You should be able to make a monthly payment plan with the agency.
It has been five years since you agreed the contract with Vodafone, this is a long time to ask Vodafone to locate the information. Now the debt has been sold on, probably for very little.
I hope you get it sorted, there is nothing worse than being chased by debt collectors who are very persistent, they need to be.

I've got current contract with Vodafone. Will they sign a new contract if I will owe them a money?

They would most certainly check your standing with them.
They would consider any application based on its own merits, points scoring and checks.
Be prepared to be declined.
Also if starting a new contract any mobile phone network would conduct a Credit Check and see anything placed on your Credit File.

They already signed that contract with me 3 months ago and I wasn't declined, that's why I dont understand why Lowell Portfolio wanna thatb money if I don't owe any. They can't send me even any proof or copy of agreement or that the deb belong to me,they just not respond.

You either owe the monies or you do not.
It's now up to you to please follow or not use the advice already given in the previous replies.

This is one of the debt collection companies we work with. If you've received correspondence from them regarding your Vodafone account, it'll be legitimate.
If you'd like to get in touch with our Credit team for help with this, I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch with them.
