Yes - not far just outside of the buliding
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?

'no signal' in top left hand corner

intermittent and no it changes

@abbie0x I can see you've stated this has been intermittent for a 12 month period.
Before this period, did you get a stable connection?
Please reply to this post with more detail on the issues you're seeing, this could include:
- How frequently this happens
- The duration of time when you get the issue
- What the coverage is like when the issue does not occur
