MMS issue

I've had my S5 for a while and everything is fine other than I cannot send or receive MMS. When I'm sent one I get message telling me I need to check my settings. I've downloaded the new ones checked and cannot find anything wrong.

I've found that if I have my wifi on and I'm connected to a wifi connection that I can receive them.

I've called customer services and had no joy and wondered does anyone have any ideas of how to solve this ?

You may need to ask them to specifically Re Provision your account for MMS.
