MMS not working

I have read the similar messages and I have resent my configuration settings 3 times.

For some reason I cannot download or send MMS messages.

My signal is not great but I was able to access different web sites using my mobile data which I thought would be enough to receive a 2KB message.

I have been trying to resolve this since last night and finding the Vodafone support service rather lacking.  It seems impossible to talk to someone unless you want a new phone or wish to leave.

Please help resolve ASAP; the message is of high importance.

For reasons I've never fully fathomed, MMS isn't always provisioned on accounts by default.  If you talk to customer services (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) and ask for this, you should be up and running.

Apparently this is quite a well known problem following an OS update (though I suspect Vodafone will deny this 🙂  )

MMS stopped working over the last two weeks on my Samsung and my wife's Samsung.

After going to my local store I was told a Factory reset will resolve it, (which you can do yourself but mind you don't lose all your data).

I did the Factory Reset and I can now send and receive MMS but now my phone is no longer compatible with my In Car Bluetooth so it looks like it's simply not possible to have a Samsung with working MMS and compatibility with my car (Ford 2009 Bluetooth)!!!

My local store told me that the last Samsung update disrupted the mms settings and it won't be resolved till they do another update
