MMS settings are ok Vodafone's end, but still no picture messages

Hi guys.

I got my S5 a month ago ftom Carphone Warehouse. I can't send or receive picture messages. I have requested them by text and it says installation complete, but nothing. I have done the manual process numerous times, no joy. I spent 45 minutes talking to a Voda tech on webchat lastnight, who checked my account settings and he said all was fine. He got me to try the manual way again. Then he said to take the sim out for 2 minutes and try again, still no joy. In the APN section, there is contract WAP and contract MMS. WAP has a green circle next to it and I can use mobile internet, but the contract MMS never has a green circle next to it. Any ideas?

Please try a different Vodafone SIM.

If these issues continue, I'll recommend you get your handset accessed for any faults.
