I am new to Vodafone and am incredibly dissappointed. I keep getting Vodafone marketing messages that I don't want (the last one was for MMS believe it or not).
I have sent STOP to the short code and called Vodafone three times and asked them to stop and I still keep getting them.
On O2 this would have been managed instantly.
Any advice?
Final though: stop spamming your own customers Voda! Its pathetic and we don't like it!

Hi,
Has it been 28 days since you text the short Code ?
If so...
The forum is owned and also monitored by Vodafone U.K.
We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can.
They have the Vodafone logo next to their name so You know they are officially from Vodafone.
All posts are read by them.
Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.
There is also further support via Twitter @vodafoneukhelp and Facebook ->VodafoneUK

Hi @rlal9090
With the martketing texts coming from Vodafone, texting STOP will not work.
The best way to get this sorted is by using live chat, at least then with the copy chat transcript, you have something to keep for your records.
Please remember that it can but hopefully won't, take 30 days before the annoying messages finally stop.

Thanks.
On the many times I've called, they never mentioned the 30 day aspect. So it may be that.
Thanks Forum People.
