We are currently investigating problems with 3G+ in your area. As with samsmith, you'll find the connection is more stable when switching to 2G, however we accept that this is not ideal when you're within broadband coverage![]()
I'll send you an email now asking for some account details, which we will use to raise a fault with our technical team for you

Neither send.vodafone.net or smtp.vodafone.net are working (connection times out) so I can't reply to your email.

I've been experiencing these same problems, postcode is TR15. It's the same when I'm using my broadband dongle or my phone - there is a signal, but the upload and download rates just sit there at zero. I need to disconnect and reconnect a few times to try and get it to work, which might last anything from a couple of minutes to half an hour before I'm forced to do it again.
Is the general feeling that it's a software problem, or is there a know fault in many areas?
