Thanks for your post here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
It sounds like the original install didn't install correctly. Can you try uninstalling the Vodafone Mobile Connect software and re-installing again?
If you can't do this try installing the full version of the software from our website -
Vodafone Mobile Connect
