Mobile Broadband - K3765 Windows 7 x64, device not installed

I installed the dongle and software OK on Windows 7 x64 without any problems, Windows saw it as a CD, I ran the installer and Mobile connect lite saw the device.

When I unplugged it and plugged it in again Windows started to install it again, then said it wasn't installed properly and Mobile connect cannot now see the device.

Any idea what the problem is?

Thanks for your post here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

It sounds like the original install didn't install correctly. Can you try uninstalling the Vodafone Mobile Connect software and re-installing again?

If you can't do this try installing the full version of the software from our website - Vodafone Mobile Connect
