Mobile Broadband - Not working with Windows 7

Hi Can anyone give me some advice ,I have just loaded my software onto my windows 7 laptop and the program fails to see the device plugged in.
The dongle worked fine on my previous laptop using xp serv.pack 2
when I go into manage connections the drop down field is empty,as is the manage devices window.

For Windows 7, you will need to be running version 9.4.6 of Vodafone Mobile Connect. You can find the version number by clicking on Help along the top menu and then About Vodafone Mobile Connect. If you're on a lower version, you'll need 9.4.6 from the www.business.vodafone.com website.
