Mobile Broadband - Problems accessing some content

I work nights and to help pass the time i purchased a mobile broadband, i only go on to facebook but for some unkown reason am unable to fully load a few of the items. Are there any suggestions in how i can get this sorted, i have upgraded my flash player but still no luck (i am addicted to country life on facebook and i cant access it using the usb, please help)

The dongle should not prevent you from accessing any parts of Facebook. If it is allowing you access to the site and certain elements of the site are not loading properly that would usually indicate that there is a problem with your PC. Obviously you have already tried the first step that I would have suggested by updating your Flash player. Could you list the other elements that you are having problems with in addition to country life and I will hopefully be able to suggest a common link among them that may be causing the issue?

You Failed to mension vodafone's Proxy Andy H, This might be the problem.

@OP You are best using a VPN Or something along those lines.

dannym9 mentioned it could be the proxy effecting your access, but if this was the case it would effect all Vodafone users. Like Andy suggested you confirm exactly the elements that you are not able to access, it you could kindly state these, it would make it easier for us to see what the issues are.

Hi Andy H, thanks for the message, country life is the only problem i have loading up on facebook. I can get it to load partially were i am able to send gifts to my neighbours, or put in request for new neighbours. But it wont go any further in loading up my ranch. At home we have wireless and do not have any problems with loading country life fully on my pc

Can I check with you if you have any issues with any other web pages, for example any content control either at our end or on yours (via firewall or browser, for example)?

It may be that something is getting misidentified and caught - I used to work for an online poker company, and the software for playing used to be misinterpreted as spyware because of the way it allowed constant communication.

If the issue lies purely with the facebook game, then this would be something to check with them, but if we can narrow it down and get a few more reports of people with similar problems we can raise this for investigation.
