There are many people complaining of the same thing so I guess they know about it and are working in it.

Good Morning cherrypie83
Welcome to the eForum
Thanks for supplying the postcode for the area you are having the issues with signal.
I've checked the area for you and I can confirm that there isn't any 3G signal in the area
This is what causing the problem with your mobile broadband.
Have a look at our Coverage Checker as this will show you, there is also an option on there for coverage feedback where you can request us to look at the signal in your area to see if this can be improved.
Cheers
Nicola

Thankyou for your reply
Ive reported the problems to vodafone but i am told that "in your terms and conditions it states that you dont have to provide me with a signal & if i cant get one its not your problem & no i cant cancel my contract"
I have now had to resort to buying an O2 dongle so i can access the internet while im still paying for a vodadfone contract that i cant get out of
No-one has any explanation as to why i can no longer get a signal - and to be honest i dont think anyone cares
Im very frustrated by vodafone customer services and if i hear the phrase "i understand your frustration" one more time im going to scream
