Mobile Broadband - connecting to second pc

have installed mobile connect lite to my laptop but cannot install it on second pc. message coming up do not have administrative privileges.why is this and how can i fix it?

If the second PC is running Windows XP, you'll need to make sure you're on Service Pack 2 or 3. You can check by going into Start > Control Panel > System. If you're on SP1, you'll need a windows update on your machine. If you're running Vista, you'll just need to make sure you're logged in as the Adminstrator for that machine.
