Hello,
I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 and I would like to use the Mobile Hotspot function. When I turn it on, I get a message saying:
"To use this feature, contact your wireless service provider and subscribe to a Mobile Hotspot data plan"
My Vodafone Freebee is Text & Web and I also pay for the blackberry service.
Are you able to help?

Hi davic325
The general answer is that it isn't possible to set up a mobile hotspot on a PAYG device. I'm not very familiar with BIS, but I can't spot anything in the description of the service to make me think that a mobile hotspot is part of the deal. So it looks as though you aren't eligible with your present plan.
Annie.
