Mobile Wifi R201 conection problem

helllo I am having problems and more problems with my conection in central london. I have the mobile wifi r 201 it used to work really fast but now I am even able to watch a tiny video in Youtube.. If I conect to that my iphone and my computer NO WAY!! it will be no able to work with the 2 devices. I contacted Vodafone (on a daily basis) since october  (nearly 2 months) and they sent me a new Sim Card, then they sent me the R-201 again and it is sill really really slow.. and I phone this morning and they will send me the Sure Signal (device that I think it is not gonna work since you need a landline to plug in... I think).... Even thought I get HUSPDA conection it is really really slow.. I suggested to Vodafone that it could be the Antena or Router or whatever used to give me signal before it is broken and they just keep on saying that according to my postcode I shoould have the best conection ever!!! I have done everything reset the r201, update the sim, format my computer, even I tried other laptops and IT DOES NOT GO FASTER (it means it is not my computer)I am desperate!!!! Any help? How can I make Vodafone to came to my area and check the servers or main routers? Thanks Anyway...

Hello Team!!! Things are getting better and better ... My problem is still there nothing has change since september. it seems that Vodafone does not give a $$$$$... (amazing curstormer care btw) now I have been having EDGE signal for the las couple of days.. It means if my conection before was nearly none now is minus none... I do really understand the excuses with the amount of people conected in the same area bla bla bla... I am still saying that it is not fair when I am paying every single month for my conection and I do not get what I signed for...  anyways looking forward to March to end with this useless service.

 

I am gonna give you my post code and maybe it will help to sort out this problem W2 3EL...

Thank you for your posts and I understand this has been frustrating, I can assure you we do care and the last thing we like to see is a customer unhappy enough to leave. :smileysad:

 

I have checked on our Faults Board and it would appear the known issues have been resolved, could you confirm that this is the case.

o Dear Support team!!! the EDGE conection problem finally was solved.. thanks.... Anyways I am still having the same one with the really poor speed or conection in my area (out of the sudden)... but that one it seems not to have any solution,
