Hello,
Midnight monday night my Mobile broadband, Pay as you go just stopped working.
It takes me to the vodafone website for top ups and wont let me go nowhere else.
Ive done everything from re-installing Vodofone to the computer to restoring my computer.
I know 100% Its not the computer or the signal as im using my mums vodafone (same) dongle on my laptop, in my home and its working perfect.
I took my dongle to Vodafone and they told me what I know, theres credit, good signal, etc etc but apart from that he couldnt tell me anything.
Any idea's what I can do?
I'm guessing im gonna have to buy another but i'd prefer to get my credit what Ive got on my dongle discounted to buy another, any hope of this happening? The guy at vodafone said I wouldnt be-able to use the sim card in a mobile for the credit so it's abit of a waste.
I'd be greatfull for any help.
