Hi there,
I bought a pay as you go broadband sim card for my iPad quite a while ago. What do I need to do to activate and start using it for data? I've been waiting for instructions messages; but all I'd got so far is the link to settingsinfo providing instructions that I cannot follow as I couldn't send messages.

It maybe already activated.
If not speak to Live Chat.
The ’Live Chat‘ Option is found in the 'Contact Us' Link at the foot of the forum page. Please use a Computer to use this service. You may need to leave the Live Chat window page open a short time for Live Chat to initialise and for an Agent to become available. By using Live Chat you can also keep the chat logs. If you use a phone to try and access Live Chat then if possible request the Desktop Site on your phone.

Data only sims are usually ready activated.
Check that your tablet has Cellular data Switched on.
What model tablet are you using?
What does the settings info tell you to do? If you are unable to follow it someone here may be able to guide you through it.
