Mobile data and 4g not working

Hi not sure if this is the right location but I've had no mobile data for 3 weeks now! I called Vodafone customer services up before I went on holiday to Spain and they were no help whatsoever! I returned from holiday on Sunday and my data is still not working. My sim has been replaced with a new one and I've even tried the sim in another phone! Cane someone please help as I've tried re setting the phone numerous of times now.

Hi

 

Have you checked that no bars have been placed on the account. 

 

Is Mobile Data turned on in the phones settings ?

 

Are you getting any data symbol such as 3G for example in the phones settings at all ?

 

Perhaps try manually choosing a different network in the devices settings and then choose Vodafone again.
