Hi,can someone help please as the title my 2nd contract phone was taken off my account today not my ipad SIM device and I phoned customer support weeks ago to check this would not happen and was assured my ipad would be taken off not my phone which has another 10 months of contract left grrrrr thus is a huge inconvenience to me can an admin help please I need my phone all day it is vital for me.

I've seen this happen before but very rarely.
I think we all understand that mistakes can be made but its then what's done to put it right thay instills confidence back in the service and product.
It's really Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat that you need to get in touch with again to get this Vodafone Error sorted out.
Because the contract that has been stopped had that many months to run there's a very real possibility that you'll receive an Early Termination Fee which is the remaining amount of months to run. Speak to customer services about that too.
We do have a Vodafone Social Media Team who do read all posts and help by sending you a Private Message to take you out of the public forum , pass security checks and then from the info you give pass that to the relevant department.
If you do use Live Chat then remember to request the transcript via email before the session ends.
