Hi Guys
Any help would be appreciated.
I have 4 lines and am trying to access them with the My Vodafone App.
I can access my own line but when I try and access any of the other 3 it just comes up with
"My Services
Sorry something went wrong with the loading of your account information
Retry
Nevermind"
I have talked to vodafone who just reset the password and ask me to try again.
Unfortunately this does not work.
Any help is much much appreciated.

As long as they are not on a business account, my Vodafone app should work.
I had three numbers which I could access and use my Vodafone app for data usage etc, doing it from each phone, but I did change them to a business account and my Vodafone app does not work with business accounts, which is a shame.

Not a Business Account and definitely does not work.
Th op never came back to respond to my question, if they have Multiple Billing Arrangements.
