I renewed my contract on Saturday and was told I get another 24 months of free Spotify however when trying to activate through the entertainment link - I only have the option of 1 month free and then £9.99 a month moving forward? Extremley frustrating as would have taken out a cheaper contract if I had known I was getting Spotify for one month! Has anyone else had the same problem?

You need to cancel your ongoing Spotify subscription you had with your previous contract. As soon as this has been done, when it has run it's course until the next renewal date, you will be in a postion to opt into the new free subsription which comes with your new contract.
