The My Vodafone app is available for Andriod, iOS and BlackBerry devices.
Please check you have the latest version installed from the BlackBerry World

Thanks for your reply. Futher investigation, and I can see what the issue is. The Blackberry Passport device is not in the list of supported phones in the My Vodafone app. My previous phone (Z10) was. Therefore the app does not show in the Blackberry app world search from my phone.
Therefore I have to request that Vodaphone update the app for the current/latest device. Please can you forward this request to the relevant department at Vodaphone. Thanks.
