Your phone will have a data monitor.  It should be in the main menu, depending on what make and model you have.   This will show you which apps are using data and you can progress from there.  Either stop doing what you are doing (streaming videos, say), or restrict that app to wifi only in its own settings.   Androind can't restrict apps' access to mobile data itself, but I believe iOS can.

Thanks for your reply my phone i iphone 6s just got it yesterday new one this happend since i had samsung s8 so example last night my friend ws watching YouTube on his iphon 7 vodafon i seen his data didn’t run out so quickly as it does with my vodafone this  confuses me its becoming like ee

@Alboz You can monitor and manage your usage via the options @hrym offered. You can also do this using the My Vodafone app on your handset.

If you still feel something is wrong and you'd like us to take a look into this for you, please contact us using the information in the private message I've just sent you.

Bear in mind that the My Vodafone app will only show total usage, not an app-by-app breakdown. You'll need the built-in facility or a 3rd party app for that.

Thx for your reply im moving to three unlimited data
