My notifications only come down half way

Why when scrolling down for my notifications on the home screen do they only come dowm part the way of my screen?

Try restting the phone to clear any glitches.

You can do this without losing any data that is on your phone:

Hold the Home and On/ Off buttons down until the Apple logo appears then release the buttons and allow the phone to reboot itself
