Hi,
Has Customer services on 191 or Live Chat been able to clarify what's going on.
Are you a new account holder with Vodafone?
Have you recently ported to Vodafone from another network ?
What out of bundle charges have been applied ?

* I believe from past discussions they've advised this because until the bill is produced they do not have full line of sight to what the charges are for.
