When I log onto MyVodafone it says I am not the owner of the account. It gives an account number that says is owned by a different account number and paid by another account number. If I want to make any changes to my bundle or do an upgrade, I need the owner to log on and give permission. I AM the owner and only one mobile number has been used on the account. The last time I upgraded I had to call Vodafone and they said they couldn't see any problem on the account. It's annoying I can't make changes online as I am not recognised on login that I own and pay the bills. I am getting seriously p'd off and want to leave when my contract runs out next month.

I’m not surprised your getting frustrated at not being able to access your account via myvodafone especially if your the account holder.
My suggestion would be to ask customer service on 191 to escalate this as it remains unresolved. The Vodafone Social Media Team look at all posts and they do help where they can.
You can leave Vodafone at the end of your contract term by giving 30 days notice and that will mean you lose your mobile number and they’ll send you a final bill in approximately 2 weeks where they’ll take payment via your Direct Debit and apply any refunds if relevant.
Then you’ll get a £0 bill and Sorry your leaving letter.
Or instead if you want to keep your number to take with you to an alternative Network then ask for a PAC Code and give that to the alternative Network within 30 days as that’s how long it remains active. So there’s no 30 day notice period this way because as soon as the alternative Network uses the PAC Code your Vodafone account ceases. It’s the same process with the final bill etc as described above so don’t cancel your direct debit.
But I hope it does not go that far and either customer service or the team here are all to extradite a resolution for you.
Please take into account that not all Networks offer the same level of signal and data speeds everywhere so moving Network can affect this.
