MyVodafone app not working

This app hasn't worked for 5 days now. Get a blank screen saying "We are having technical issues - we are trying to sort it" Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, booting phone and switching between wifi and mobile but nothing works. Tried live chat and this didn't resolve the problem. I also tried logging on to the Vodafone website but was told that they were having technical issues and I could not log on. What is going wrong with Vodafone software?

Hi

 

When deleting the app can I ask if you've also deleted it's cached information. 

 

There was an announcement last month.
