No Stock - again

Again - no stock, i'm looking to upgrade 4 phones to I7 plus in various colours and GB's and not one of them in stock, why is this.

If i can't uprade here I may as well just go with the first provider that can give me the phones, checking O2 it might even be cheaper!!!

Why push phones you don't have, same happened last year and had to get them from Directors stock!!

Is this stocking levels in connection to online upgrades or via a Vodafone High street Store?

Hi,

i have four phones on the account 3 are due upgrades and the other will from Wednesday.

i was looking at upgrading one within this account and move the other 3 to a business account with new phones and bundles and none of the phones are in stock on line.

asked in store and got redirected to online and the web when told them what i wanted to do.

Last upgrades there was no stock and had to have advanced orders from UK Directors stock to supply the phones.

shouldn't be like this !!

Hi,

Have you perhaps checked different colours and storage capacities to see if it's a specific option your choosing is out of stock. 

I'm not sure why a Vodafone store would point you away from them. Maybe a little too complicated for that employee.

If this was my situation I'd revisit and ask again or ask to go through the manager or try another Vodafone store.
