Why is it so difficult to cancel an upgrade ?placed order on the 27/11 as agent on live chat said I would not get that deal if I didn't eventhou I said i needed to check how long i was in contract with current provider ( for broadband not phone ) ,so placed order then had to cancel as i had longer than i thought and exit fees were to much ,cancelled after hour half ,phone was sent 29/11 ,refused delivery phoned 191 was told orders had not been cancelled i was also told i couldnt cancel as account is in husbands name so i asked why i could place the order then and was told it shouldnt have been taken !!!!! husband phoned 29/11 ,18.30 to cancel then i get an email 20.07 confirming contract ,what the hell is going on ? I feel like I have been scammed ,we then get the router delivered on the 03/12 which has now been sent back ,needless to say I will be putting in complaint as this causing me alot of stress that i do not need !!!!!! It is still showing the new plan on out account so i expect vodfone will try and bill me for the new amount instead of my sim only plan that i had !!!!

It shouldn't be that difficult for the order to be cancelled by the account holder.
If vodafone do take any funds that are then found to have been in error then they will return this to your bank account.
I hope this is resolved asap for you.
