Hi @GraceEmily1993

I totally appreciate and understand how frustrating and inconvenient it us when signal is intermittent or non existent.

It seems some work has been going on with your surrounding masts which can sometimes affect local masts if Vodafone are re routing network traffic to compensate.Screenshot_20170809-164319.png

It can sometimes take a few days for the masts to fully settle.

But I still have no signal !

@GraceEmily1993 You should be able to gain a 2G connection in your location - with limited 3G.

Please try to manually change your device down to 2G only and see if this helps you out. :smileyhappy:

If not please let me know in a reply to this thread and we'll look into this further with you.

4 people in my house, all with no signal whatever we do .. gone from 4 bars to no service !

The photo attached is my signal status as of last night

@GraceEmily1993 I've been in contact with our Network engineers and they've confirmed you should be currently connecting to the network and there's no issues with your local sites. Therefore INC3043743 has now been set as closed.

The coverage in your area is on the edge of indoor coverage. Are you using a Sure Signal device? If not, you can find more information here

We'd also advise for you to check out Wi-Fi Calling as another alternative to improve your indoor connection on calls.
