NUC code not received

I received the confirmation email from Vodafone on 19th Sept that a request had been sent to Apple for a network unlock code on my previous iPhone but, 10 working days later, I've had no confirmation that the unlock has been completed. What do I need to do to get this sorted asap? Thanks.

The Vodafone email is just to confirm they've received your request and accepted.
They then engage with Apple to request the unlock.
Apple can occasionally take 30 approx days to.complete the unlock.
As an iPhone does not unlock via a unlocking Nuc code but instead its via periodically inserting a non Vodafone SIM card that's active will complete the process.
From an iPhone 5 onwards there's no need to hook up to iTunes.

Many thanks, I appreciate the information and (unless Vodafone can expedite it any more quickly) guess I'll just have to keep being patient.

@TPugh If it's been longer than ten working days, please resync the phone to the iTunes.
