1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? I do not know. Since it happened I have been at the same location.
2) What is the full postcode: NW11 7NT
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Nothing, just sometimes "No Signal". The reception bar is full but when you going to make a call it would be empty suddenly. and no reaction.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? all
6) When did you first notice this issue? about 11 am today
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? intermittent, I mean I could make one call since 11 am and the call intermittent after few seconds.

@hmadanigh I've checked your local serving site (362) and can see that it was experiencing a fault on 9 May, however this has since been resolved.
Please let us know if you're still having issues.
There's also planned maintenance showing on our network status checker in your area - 'We'll be doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to start work on 8am 12 May 2017 and to have things back to normal by 8pm 12 May 2017. Everything else should be working fine.'
