Complicated story but basically we have a suresignal box which is registered under a business account under my partners email but his ex-wifes (and ex business partners) name. We have moved and i need to change the address on the box for our numbers so the sure signal box works. The vodafone account in question is in dispute as part of a financial divorce battle but the sure signal box is not part of that. How do i go about this. My partner can sign in to the account but its not letting us access the sure signal details. So basically its our box, we bought it and linked it to the business account at the time as it was all fine then. Now its obselete and we need the suresignal box transferred to my vodafone account.
