Need to deregister my old SureSignal

Hi there - i need to deregister an old suresignal v2 that i own, as I left vodafone for a while (then came back) and need to set the SureSignal up on my new account, rather than the old account that it was registered to.

Could one of the admins please send me a private message with the instructions and info needed to accomplish this?
