Hi got a SS3. Current position re lights is all lights working fine but the user light is on although no one actually calling on 3G. All three phones on in house are registered but cannot access 3G. Tried short and long resets and following all resart options in manual and on support site. Tried unplugging device and ethernet etc. Moving device etc. . If it has worked it has only worked for a few hours. Use my phone as my business number and need it to be robust.
Feeling pretty negative about the SureSignal if frank.
What should I do next?

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
