Hi. I have recently started using Vodafone broadband (Fibre) with 38Mbps which works a treat mostly for everything apart for watching netflix via my xbox one. Since I installed it, the Netflix content wont load, it gets stuck at 25% and doesnt go anywhere... I am connected and online, I can browse the content it just wont load (all other applications and i-players work). I have updated the app, restarted all devices many times with no luck. As soon as i connect my xbox to other network (i.e. tethering on my mobile phone) the Netflix contects and the content plays straight away, so most likely and issue related to the ISP, in this case Vodafone Fibre. Any advice/help would be much appreciated.

Hi there this will fix it and has worked for most people:
1 goto settings in Xbox one
2 open up network settings
3 goto advanced network settings and goto manual dns
4 now enter 8.8.8.8 for primary
for secondary dns enter 8.8.4.4
Now watch Netflix trouble free 👍
