Hi there
Have you checked your postcode in the Network Status Checker ? There may already be a known issue in the area. Also, what does the Coverage Checker show the coverage to be like in the area - it is possible that you are in an area of reduced coverage.

@dcoyle17 I've checked your area via the postcode logged within your profile and can see you connect to site 3640 for 2G coverage.
The site may be experiencing issues which may be impacting your services currently.
I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.
Once you've got in touch, we'll investigate further.

@richardbeesley I've checked your postcode and can that you're on the edge of coverage for 2G, therefore you'll experience intermittent service.
3G and 4G services are extremely limited/non existent. Keep an eye on our Network status checker for any planned coverage upgrades.
You'll benefit from Wi-Fi Calling or a Vodafone Sure Signal to help with your signal whilst indoors.

We have been here 2 years and been no change when we joined vodafone it had 99 percent coverage now we live in alresford signal is rubbish its on and off we have been with vodafone 10 years never had problems dont now why i should pay for the sure signal can not afford to

@richardbeesley I've checked your 2G serving site (696) and can confirm that there's been no changes to the site itself which would have impacted your service.
The service in your area will be intermittent due to being on the fringe of coverage, therefore your service may dip in between 1-2 bars to no service available.
If purchasing a Sure Signal isn't an option, we'd reccomend looking into Wi-Fi Calling.
