I have just received a Text from Vodafone, asking to respond.

The Text says,

Hello, this is a message from Vodafone. We'd like to ask you 3 questions about your experience of using our network recently. Replies are free of charge, first question to follow.

I have been a customer for a long time now so not just started or Randomly used Vodafone :smileywink:, so can someone shed a light on what it is about? :smileysurprised:

@Getafix I got the same survey; the questions were:

  1. Based on your experience of using out network how likely are you to recommend Vodafone to a Friend/Colleague
  2. How satisfied are you with the quality of calls made on Vodafone's network
  3. Finally, please tell us the reasons for your ratings?

I probably get these a couple of times a year, I assume Vodafone use them to gauge customer satisfaction and to find out what area's need to be improved.

Sorry, just realised that you pasted the actual 3 questions.

The wording on initial Text would make me question how much Vodafone value my opinion.

I have been with Vodafone for a long time so not sure why the word "recently". And got it on two out four lines.

@Getafix the first message I got was identical to yours, my previous post contains the following 3 messages

In terms of the use of the word "recently" surely this is in relation to the fact that they want you to draw on recent experiences..?

Ive been with Vodafone for 10+ years so its bothing to do with how long youve been a customer.

One possibility could be that they've recently installed uogrades in your area and are looking to see if this has inproved the customer experience... My area was upgraded around 6 months ago so it could tie in.

I understand, but then say that in the Survey.

Personally I have not noticed any changes. The 4G signal I get is very feeble at home. As soon as I am out of the house it does go up.

I use Note4. At home, Mobile Network Signal in the Bateery Checker, is always either Orange or Red. Very Rarley does it turn to green.

All I am saying is the wording could be better.
