Network issue in area pa3

Currently have no service whatsoever in my area and haven't don't since 9pm tonight.

Hi @Merissa1997

 

Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

 

Vodafone has a template to use and repost your answers back here so the Social Media Team here can look at the problems your encountering.

Looking at the Official Vodafone Network Checker your local masts report as ok but on zooming out on the map some surrounding masts are showing as an issue which could sometimes affect others if Vodafone are re routing network traffic to compensate. 

 

"We've fixed an issue in this area recently. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - things should have been back to normal since 2.11pm 13 Jun 2017" It can take a few days sometimes for the masts to fully settle.

I've tried turning my phone on and off numerous times and it still has no service nearly a full 12 hours later
