Hi,
I purchased an iPhone 7 online on Thursday evening, received a confirmation that it would be delivered to my address, along with the tracking number.
However, I've had no further contact since regarding it's status (whether it's been dispatched etc.) and the tracking number is not recognised.
Just wondered if anybody could help me?

Hi @nick1988
Until the phone has been despatched, you will be unable to track delivery.
As soon as the credit check has cleared and providing the phone is in stock, when the order has been despatched, you will receive an updated email confirmation. You will then be in a position to track delivery.
If you still need clarification, please use live chat, they will be able to locate the order and let you know the status.

Please also keep an eye on any Spam Style email in boxes just incase any Vodafone update drops into it instead of your normal in box.
