New Sure Signal Unable To Connect

Problem: Unable to connect with a new Sure Signal v3 bought today.

Sure Signal status:  active

 

When I plug this in the red light comes on, then white internet light which flashes, but then goes out and I get two orange light +red.

 

This is over BT FTTC with a Asus RT-AC68U

 

Speed Test: 42.92Mbps Download, 16.61Mbps Upload

Their was also a forum announcement recently were their was an issue with people self managing their Sure Signal boxes. Customer services on 191 or Live Chat may be able to help.

Thanks for the pointers, I have been through them. I am now hoping VF Support can check the status at their end.

I can see that the Sure Signal hasn’t spoken to our Network since the registration.

 

It can take up to 24 hours to fully register and you will see different light sequences, so please leave whilst this is setting up.

 

If there’s no change after this time, please let us know.
