After having some problems with a VSS1 I have bought a new SureSignal and it does not work (yet!).
I have a solid red light and a white slow flashing light 1.
I have made sure the relevant ports are open for the address of this new device.
My test results are:
Ping 38mS, Jitter 2mS.
Speed test 5.19MB/0.70MB
IP Address 109.170.222.151

@Stephen303 - The lights you've mentioned mean that your Sure Signal is being configured. The only concern I can see are your download and upload speeds look low.
I'd recommend calling your ISP and ask about getting a better connection.
