New SureSignal V3 not connecting to Vodafone

Hi

 

I have taken the device home, and connects fine

I can tracert to 212.183.133.177 and I get to your server from the Office (were we have the problem)

The serial number is: 42144640267

 

Could you see if the connection has connected in the past few days?

My router log shows this

 

Allowed CONN=LAN src=172.17.2.104 DST=212.183.133.179 LEN=468 TOS=0x18 PREC=0xA0 TTL=63 ID=59179 PROTO=UDP SPT=500 DPT=500 LEN=448 MARK=0x2be

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
